Debbie Lantz

Debbie Lantz is a single mom and Managing Partner of Higher Road Leaders, Inc., Lewisville, Texas, a collaborative professional services company whose mission is to provide a means for people to discover the unique way God has designed them and to help people align their multiple gifts to meaningful service and work. 

She is also founder of HigherRoadLeaders.com, an interactive site committed to building leaders of all ages from the inside-out, to changing the competitive “driven” culture of Youth Sports one family at a time, and to equipping business one company at a time, so people’s talents may be optimized for higher road success.

Since 1991 Lantz has facilitated change initiatives and team building serving business leaders in culturally diverse Fortune 500 multinational corporations, such as Hitachi, Nokia and Texas Instruments.  She has also coached leaders in privately held businesses and sports organizations to optimize results using her high performance assessment specialization to leverage talent.

Recently, Debbie implemented a talent retention program for a large telecommunications company that quadrupled return on investment.

With Bachelors/Masters Degrees in Education & Exercise Physiology from the University of North Texas as well as certification in a variety of personality and high performance assessment tools, Lantz is experienced in introducing practical performance interventions to managers with her enthusiastic, intuitive, and down-to-earth presentation style.
